The treatment of adults has been revolutionised over the last five years. Adults appreciate the benefits of a completely natural smile and this has increased the demand for orthodontic treatment at a ‘later’ stage.

One of the main concerns is a visible brace. This problem has been largely solved with the introduction of less visible ceramic and invisible lingual braces. Some problems can also be treated with removable clear aligners.
